HARFORD COUNTY, MD — School buses will not run Friday due to incoming Tropical Storm Debby, which is forecast to make landfall in Maryland early Friday after it weakens to a tropical depression. Marylanders should still anticipate heavy rainfall, flash flooding and strong wind.
In addition, Fallston High School will be closed to visitors and staff Monday to accommodate a law enforcement training event, which will involve a visible police presence at the school throughout the day.
