Sculpture Installed Near Annie's Playground At Edgeley Grove Park In Fallston

An artist has created an 8-foot-tall sculpture as a small replica of the front of the Maryland & Pennsylvania Railroad Engine No. 6.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A new sculpture has been installed near Annie's Playground at Edgeley Grove Park in Fallston.

The eight-foot-tall sculpture serves as a small replica of the front of the Maryland & Pennsylvania Railroad Engine No. 6, according to county officials. Funding for the sculpture, which was created by Brad Vanneman of Delaware, was provided by donors and Bel Air residents Jack and Signe Shagena.

The Ma & Pa Railroad crossed Harford County from 1901-1958, transporting passengers and delivering a products between Baltimore and Pennsylvania, county officials said.
