The Western Montgomery County Citizens Advisory Board will meet Sept. 20 at 7p.m. at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center, 4805 Edgemoor Lane in Bethesda. The meeting will include a presentation on financing and implementation of the White Flint Sector Plant.
