Mediterranean Restaurant To Replace Bangkok Garden In Bethesda: Report

BETHESDA, MD — A new Mediterranean restaurant is expected to replace the former Bangkok Garden restaurant in downtown Bethesda, according to a report.

Mandi Mediterranean Bar Grill Lounge will be opening soon at 4906 St. Elmo Avenue in Bethesda, Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row reported Friday.

Bangkok Garden closed at the location in August 2021. The building was then purchased by the Greenhill Companies, according to Robert Dyer.

Mandi Mediterranean Bar Grill Lounge’s specialties will include falafel, shawarma, gyros and kabobs.
