Room & Board Opened On Bethesda Row Last Week
This is the first Maryland location for Minneapolis furniture chain Room & Board. It's on Bethesda Row.

BETHESDA, MD — Room & Board, the modern American furniture company, has opened a new location on Bethesda Row. The shop opened Nov. 12 at 7236 Woodmont Ave.
Room & Board makes furniture for the whole home, from the living room to the entryway to outdoors.
“Over the past year, home has become the most important space in our customers’ lives, and we are thrilled to give our Bethesda-area customers a showroom close to home to help them create their ideal space,” said Dana Backer, Room & Board Director of Retail Customer Experience in a news release. “We are excited to introduce more people to the beauty of American craftsmanship and can't wait for even more residents in the DMV to discover what we have in store."

There is a Room & Board location in Washington, D.C., on 14th Street. The Bethesda location will be the 20th storefront for the company, which was founded in 1980.
“The addition of Room & Board to Bethesda Row solidifies the neighborhood as the must-shop home furnishings, design and décor destination for Montgomery County, and the greater DC-metro region,” says Stuart Biel, Senior Vice President of Federal, in the release. “We are delighted to welcome this classic brand, and to offer yet another in-demand shop to the community."
