LAUREL, MD -- A 91-year-old man died from his injuries after firefighters rescued him and a woman from their home in Laurel Monday morning.
Firefighters responded to a fire at a two-story single-family home in the 15400 block of Laurelton Drive at around 9:45 a.m., according to a report from the Prince George's County Fire Department.
The 911 caller reported that an adult "mobility-limited" man was trapped in one of the bedrooms. Firefighters later discovered a woman in the home in addition to the man, the report states.
