Driver Killed After Crashing Into District Heights Building
A Washington, D.C., man has died after police say his vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a building in District Heights.
DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD — A Washington, D.C., driver has died after he veered off the road and hit a building in District Heights.
On March 29 around 2 a.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 5800 block of Silver Hill Road for a report of a single-vehicle crash. Officers found 62-year-old Tyrone Eugene Perry of Washington, D.C., dead at the scene.
The preliminary investigation revealed Perry was traveling northbound on Marlboro Pike toward Silver Hill Road when, for reasons under investigation, he veered off the road and hit a building. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call police at 301-731-4422.
