LANHAM, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Thursday in Lanham. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case.On Nov. 28 around 11:30 a.m., Prince George's police officers were asked to conduct a welfare check at a location within the 7700 block of Annapolis Road. Officers located 27-year-old Armando Cousins-Stoute of no fixed address in a parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s). Anyone with information about this case who would like to speak to a detective can call 301-516-2512.
