ADELPHI, MD — Three houses and a shed were damaged in Adelphi Sunday afternoon after a fire broke out in the 8000 block of 24th Avenue.

According to the Prince George's County Fire and Rescue Department, the fire was extinguished but with damage to the shed and houses. No injuries were reported. Firefighters stayed on scene to monitor the incident, the department stated.
