Firefighter Injured In PG County Blaze (Video)

LANDOVER, MD -- A firefighter is recovering from a minor burn injury after a fire broke out in Landover on Monday (video below).

Firefighters responded to the 6700 block of Vermont Court in the afternoon and were able to extinguish the fire quickly, Prince George's County Fire Department spokesman Mark Brady tweeted.

In addition to the injured firefighter, the blaze displaced five adults and two children, as well as two adults from an attached home.

There were no civilian injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
