House Fire Displaces 6 Adults, 1 Child In Upper Marlboro
Six adults and a child have been displaced after a fire damaged their Upper Marlboro home, according to the Prince George's Fire Department.

UPPER MARLBORO, MD — Firefighters battled a house fire early Monday morning that displaces six adults and a child.
The fire broke out shortly after 5 a.m. March 31 at the home located in the 100 block of Stan Fey Drive. Prince George's firefighters arrived to find flames shooting through the roof of the large single family home. The residents were alerted to the fire by smoke alarms and were able to escape without injury, according to the fire department.
The fire started on the outside of the residence and quickly spread to the roof area, the fire department stated. The cause remains under investigation.
