Man Arrested After Cutting 2 People During Argument: PGPD

A 23-year-old man has been arrested after police say he cut two people during an argument. One person was seriously injured.

BOWIE, MD — Police officers have arrested a man after he cut two people in Bowie, causing serious injuries to one of the victims.

According to the Bowie Police Department, police received a call about a fight that broke out between neighbors in the 3600 block of Morningside Lane. Police officers found two people who had been cut by a suspect with a sharp-edged weapon, the police department said. Both were taken to the hospital; one victim had sustained serious injuries.

The suspect had taken off on foot and was identified as 23-year-old Jacob Michael Beairsto. Three days later, police officers found Beairsto and took him into custody.
