Man Charged With Producing Child Porn In Prince George's County: U.S. Attorney's Office

Jayron Khalil Foster, 21, is accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old female in order to produce photos and videos of the abuse.

GREENBELT, MD — A 21-year-old Riverdale man has been charged with production of child pornography in a federal criminal complaint filed April 26. The complaint was unsealed Thursday and announced by Acting United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Stephen M. Schenning.

According to the affidavit filed with the complaint, Jayron Khalil Foster is accused of engaging in sexually explicit conduct with a 7-year-old female in order to produce photos and videos documenting the abuse between at least August 2016 and January 2017.

Maryland State Police began investigating ten Cyber tips that were sent to the MSP Internet Crimes Against Children task force from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in April 2017 in reference to possible child pornography. Investigators issued a search warrant at Foster's residence and seized a hard drive containing numerous images and videos depicting Foster engaged in sexually explicit conduct with the girl, prosecutors said.
