Motorcyclist Killed In Collision With Vehicle In District Heights
A 50-year-old Capitol Heights man was killed when his motorcyclist collided with a vehicle, according to police.
DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD — A motorcyclist died in a crash with another vehicle Saturday in the early evening, police report.
On Oct. 5 around 5:55 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 7400 block of Walker Mill Road for the report of a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle. The preliminary investigation revealed 50-year-old Anthony Williams of Capitol Heights and the driver collided in the eastbound lanes of Walker Mill Road, according to police.
Williams was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. The involved driver remained on the scene and was uninjured. The cause of the collision is being investigated, police said.
