Mt. Rainier Business Sold Unclaimed Winning $50K Powerball Ticket
A Mt. Rainier business sold a winning Powerball ticket worth $50K for the Nov. 6 drawing.
MT. RAINIER, MD — A $50,000 winning ticket sold at a Mt. Rainier business remains unclaimed.
Kaywood Liquors, located at 2205 Varnum Street in Mt. Rainier, sold the Powerball ticket for the Nov. 6 drawing. The winning numbers were 12, 17, 37, 58 and 62; the Powerball was 4 and the Power Play multiplier was x2.
Lottery officials encourage winners to sign the backs of their tickets and put them in a safe location. They have 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes. Instructions for claiming prizes are available on the How to Claim page of the lottery website. Prizes of more than $25,000 must be claimed through lottery headquarters, either in person or by mail.

Lottery headquarters is in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330, in Baltimore. An appointment is required to claim in person (no walk-ins). The appointment scheduling page shows all available appointments.
