National Retail Chain To Join Egg Restaurant, Wings Eatery At Brandywine Crossing
Burlington will replace Joann Fabric and Crafts store at Brandywine Crossing. It'll be joined by a breakfast cafe and wings eatery.

BRANDYWINE, MD — A recently closed Joann Fabric and Crafts store located at Brandywine Crossing has found a replacement business that will move in to the site next year.
Discount retail chain Burlington will open in the former Joann Fabric and Crafts store. Mall owner First National Realty Partners said Burlington signed a lease to take the 250,000-square-foot space immediately after Joann filed for bankruptcy in February and announced it would close all of its stores nationwide. First National Realty Partners also announced that it'll add Another Broken Egg Cafe and Buffalo Wild Wings GO in the same mall.
"These new retailers enhance the center's retail and dining offerings, providing the local community with exciting new options," said Candace Gschwind, director of leasing at FNRP, in a news release. "We're confident they'll draw more visitors and become key destinations in the area."
