Operation Warm: Free Coats For Kids Starts Saturday In Prince George's County
Operation Warm: Free Coats for Kids kicks off Saturday. New coats will be given to kids at three PGCMLS branches in December and January.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — The fourth annual edition of Operation Warm: Free Coats for Kids will take place Dec. 3, Dec. 17 and Jan. 7 at various Prince George’s County Memorial Library System branches.
Coordinated by the PGCMLS and PGCMLS Foundation, the initiative provides free brand new coats while supplies last to children in need.
One coat per child will be made available with a limit of two coats per family. Children must be present at one of the following locations to receive a coat that range in size from 2T to 18.

- Saturday, Dec. 3, 10 a.m. to noon - Largo-Kettering Branch Library
- Saturday, Dec. 17, 10 a.m. to noon - Oxon Hill Branch Library
- Saturday, Jan. 7, 10 a.m. to noon - Laurel Branch Library
