The Orioles' top prospect, catcher Adley Rutschman, has arrived to play with the Bowie BaySox.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Part of Adley Rutschman's rehabilitation process involves playing with the Bowie BaySox. The Orioles' top prospect recently arrived in Bowie. He's ranked No. 1 in all of minor league baseball. The catcher suffered a strained right tricep during spring training.

“I’m just trying to stay focused, stay on the path and continue to just try and feel healthy and results come as they may,” Rutschman told WMAR.

In four games with the IronBirds, Rutschman hit .462 with three doubles, two walks and no strikeouts in 15 plate appearances. According to WMAR, Rutschman will work through Double-A Bowie then possibly Triple-A Norwalk before joining the Orioles.
