Partial Ramp Closures At I-95/I-495 And MD 4 Expected Starting Wednesday
Drivers should expect partial ramp closures at I-95/I-495 and MD 4 starting Wednesday so state crews can perform soil testing and borings.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Starting Wednesday night, partial ramp closures will be required in Forestville.
The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will perform soil testing and borings, which will require partial ramp closures at I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) and MD 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue). Crews will perform all work overnight and reopen lanes by 5 a.m. the following day, weather permitting, officials stated.
Work will continue through Jan. 5, then again from Jan. 7 through Jan. 12.
