PG County Makes Decision On Monday School Schedule

With icy roads expected Monday morning, local schools have made a decision on the school schedule tomorrow.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD -- Prince George's County school officials have decided to open two hours late on Monday over concerns about dangerous road conditions due to ice.

Prince George's County Public Schools tweeted Sunday evening that a Code Orange had been declared, meaning that schools and offices will open with a two-hour delay, and that they will reevaluated at 6:30 a.m.

Schools were delayed twice in late January due to snow and cold.
