Police Find No Issues After Threat Of Violence Prompts Bladensburg School Lockdown
Prince George's Police say a threat of violence against students at Bladensburg HS Tuesday isn't credible. The school was put on lockdown.
BLADENSBERG, MD — Bladensburg High School was put on lockdown Tuesday morning after a "threat of violence" had been made toward a group of students there.
Prince George's Police stated that the lockdown was put in place until police officers arrived and cleared the building of any possible threats.
"Out of an abundance of caution every threat is taken seriously," the police department stated.
