Officials are seeking suspects accused of shooting and killing a 30-year-old man, who was working for a trash removal company, on April 4.

HYATTSVILLE, MD — Police released images that they hope will help identify two suspects in the murder of a sanitation worker in Prince George's County.

Police said they are seeking a pair of people who got out of a car when the trash truck pulled up and then shot 30-year-old Idongesit Udosen, causing fatal injuries. In still images, both suspects appear to run towards the truck with weapons drawn, then run back (scroll through the photos above to view).

The shooting took place at around 3:40 p.m. on April 4 in the 6800 block of Greenvale Parkway, which is in the unincorporated part of Hyattsville.

Officers found Udosen, of Lanham, in the road with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene, according to a police report.

Officials are trying to identify the suspects, and said they do not believe this was a random crime. Both were seen driving in a gray Kia sedan (or related vehicle) around Greenvale Parkway before the deadly shooting.
