3.) Today’s rain might come during the day, but it’s more likely to arrive at night, according to the National Weather Service. There’s a 30 percent chance of rain after 2 p.m. but a 60 percent chance after 8 p.m. Accuweather.com, however, reports that flooding may be possible in streets and areas with poor drainage.
