2 Teens, Man Arrested In Fatal Robbery Of Bowie Resident: PGPD

Two 17-year-olds and a 22-year-old have been arrested in connection to the fatal robbery of a Bowie resident, police say.

GREENBELT, MD — Two teenagers and a 22-year-old have been charged in connection to the July shooting that killed 23-year-old Jordan Swan of Bowie.

On July 29 at approximately 1:55 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 8500 block of Greenbelt Road for a report of a shooting. They found Swan in an apartment building parking lot with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later, police said.

A preliminary investigation indicates that the suspects shot Swan during a robbery. They knew each other, police said.

The suspects, 22-year-old Samuel Nnam of Upper Marlboro, a 17-year-old from Hyattsville and a 17-year-old from Greenbelt are being charged as adults with first- and second-degree murder, as well as related charges.
