Authentic Mediterranean Restaurant Cypriana To Open In Howard County

COLUMBIA, MD — Construction will start soon on the restaurant Cypriana, which will be the second location for the eatery offering authentic Mediterranean-style cuisine.

Founder and owner Vassos Yiannouris and his wife and executive chef, Maria Kaimakis, use recipes from his mother and grandmother with roots traced back to Cyprus.

The Howard County restaurant will be located in Maple Lawn, a 600-acre mixed used community in Fulton. Their current location can be found at 105 W 39th St., Baltimore.
