HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Police are seeking answers after clothing was found abandoned near the water's edge at the Rocky Gorge Reservoir in the Scott's Cove Recreation Area. Howard County Police reported that an extensive search was conducted in an attempt to locate the person the clothes belonged to, but no one was found in the water or in the immediate area. Police say there are no signs of foul play.
