Firefighters Battle Early Morning House Fire In Howard County

Howard County firefighters were called to an early morning house fire in Columbia that was quickly brought under control, the HCFD reported.

COLUMBIA, MD — Firefighters were called to a home located in the 9300 block of Ourtime Lane last week for a report of a fire.

They arrived at the house around 1:30 a.m. Oct. 16 and found heavy fire pouring out from a single-family home. Howard County firefighters were able to quickly bring the fire under control and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is unknown and will be investigated, the fire department stated.
