Weather >> The spotty weather is expected to continue Thursday, with intermittent showers throughout the day and a chance of thunderstorms in some areas, according to the National Weather Service. The high is predicted near 85.

Beer Tasting and Tapas >> Kelsey's Restaurant in the Normandy Shopping Center on Route 40 in Ellicott City has teamed up with Goose Island Beer Co. to offer an informal beer tasting with tapas starting at 6 p.m. Beers include Honkers Ale and IPA, and 312 Urban Wheat on draught.
