Locals were not the only ones enjoying Maryland parks on the Fourth of July weekend.
Officials received reports of a black bear roaming the Baltimore-Howard county region, according to Maryland Natural Resources Police spokeswoman Candy Thomson said

While out between noon and 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 3, Thomson said some officers even captured a video with the animal in the background at a park where picnickers reported seeing the animal nearby.
Starbucks Overcharges Some Customers
Your favorite Starbucks drink may cost more starting next week, and you may have already seen the increase due to a computer "system error" last week. The increase was expected to begin on Tuesday, July 12.
"Unfortunately, that price adjustment was prematurely entered into the point of sale systems in our U.S. company-operated stores," according to a Starbucks statement. "As a result, some customers were charged incorrectly." >>> Read more.
