Howard Co. Police Searching For Suspects Involved In Targeted Shooting

A man was critically injured in a shooting Tuesday night that happened in Elkridge. Detectives are searching for at least two suspects.

ELKRIDGE, MD — A man has been shot and detectives are searching for two suspects they believe targeted the victim, police say.

The shooting happened Tuesday around 9:13 p.m. Howard County Police were called to the 7400 block of Wild Honey Way and found a man with gunshot wounds at a home. The victim was taken to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center and is listed in critical but stable condition, according to the police department.

Detectives stated that they believe the non-fatal shooting was targeted and are searching for at least two suspects. However, no descriptions of the suspects were available from the police department as of Wednesday noon.
