Woman Claims Doctor Who Lives In Fulton Sexually Assaulted, Threatened Her: Report

A woman says a Baltimore doctor who lives in Fulton sexually assaulted and threatened her. The doctor has been charged in the case.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A woman has reported being sexually assaulted by a pain management doctor in Baltimore. The doctor has spoken out about the accusations and said the claims are untrue and he's being extorted.

Dr. Francisco Ward, 61, has been indicted on counts of second-degree assault, indecent exposure and fourth-degree sex offense, according to court charging documents highlighted by WBAL.

Charging documents state the pair had sex in the doctor's car in the office parking lot and in a barn on his property in Fulton. The documents also state Ward began requiring her to perform oral sex for medication and threatened to take away medication if she didn't. She said she became addicted to the medication and had to enter a drug rehabilitation program, and that Ward said he'd "destroy" her if she reported him. In a phone interview with WBAL on Wednesday, Ward called the claims untrue and said he's the real victim.
