A fourth occupant, a 25-year-old man, was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with injuries that were not thought to be life-threatening.

Police crash investigators have determined that the Mustang was traveling eastbound on Pulaski Highway at a high rate of speed when its driver drove onto a raised concrete median strip, according to Batton. The car struck a sign post on the median and then struck the support pillar to the bridge overpass for Martin Boulevard, causing the car to flip over onto its roof and slide some distance.

Citations for alcohol-related traffic offenses were issued to the driver, according to Batton.

The crash remains under investigation and will be reviewed by the State's Attorney's office, according to Batton.
