Utility Work to Close Section of Broening Highway

The Dundalk-area road will be closed this weekend between Holabird Avenue and Dunhill Road.

Dundalk area motorists should prepare for some driving inconveniences this weekend if their travels include Broening Highway.

A portion of the road will be closed April 26-29 for utility construction work, according to Baltimore City Department of Transportation officials.

Broening Highway will be closed between Holabird Avenue and Dunhill Road from 7 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday.

Local traffic patterns will be maintained for area businesses. All motorists in the area should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes, according to the statement.
