2 Seahawks, 2 Bulldogs Earn All-County Softball Nod

Jordan Sganga was the only local softball player named to the first team All-County list.

Local coaches selected one player to the Anne Arundel County Coaches’ All-County softball first team, according to The Capital.

Jordan Sganga, a senior catcher, received the honor for her stellar hitting and defensive skills behind the plate.

The All-County team is comprised of 15 of the county’s best softball players. None of Sganga’s teammates made the first-team squad, but Seahawks’ pitcher Morgan O’Brien made it to the honorable mention list.
