A 7-year-old girl was seriously injured in a farm tractor accident Friday morning in Lothian, according to Anne Arundel County fire officials.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Langford Road in Lothian. The girl's injuries are described as serious, but not life threatening, according to Fire Division Chief Keith Swindle.
As of 11 a.m., a medivac helicopter was enroute to the scene to transport the girl to an area trauma center, Swindle said.
