UPDATE: Man Dies After Car Crashes into House

Police said Ryan Douglas Anderson, 20, of Harwood died Saturday night after his car crashed into a home on Hillside Avenue.

UPDATE (10:45 a.m. Tuesday)—The driver of the car that crashed into a home on Hillside Avenue early Saturday morning has died, according to Anne Arundel County police.

Police said Ryan Douglas Anderson, 20, of Harwood succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash at 9:02 p.m. Saturday at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma in Baltimore.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m., the Honda Civic that Anderson was driving failed to negotiate a "T" intersection at the 900 block of Hillside Avenue, resulting in the vehicle colliding into a house. The occupants of the house were not harmed, according to police.
