Disaster Restoration Company Looks to Partner with Local Subcontractors
South River Restoration is looking for licensed electricians, plumbers, painters, roofers and more from the Edgewater area.

Locally owned South River Restoration is looking for subcontractors from Edgewater, Davidsonville and South County to become “preferred vendors” and partners as part of the company’s reconstruction division.
Owned by Edgewater resident Bryan Agee, SRR works to help homeowners recover from disasters, like fires, floods or from other damages causes by tornados and storms. The company has two main divisions—mitigations and restorations. Mitigations—including cleaning up water, mold and other debris—are done in house but SSR partners with local subcontractors to complete full restorations.
“We’re in upper Marlboro in Prince George’s County, but the owner lives in Edgewater and we do a lot of work in the area,” SSR Vice President of Marketing, Michelle Collett.

“Because we have so much work, we’d be able to work with local contractors and give them more business,” Collett said.
SSR is hoping to find qualified subcontractors licensed to do various types of work, including plumbing, roofing, painting and electrical wiring.
