Stan and Joe's Saloon in Edgewater is no stranger to the motorcycle crowd. Back in , dozens of Hogs for Heroes riders cruised to the local saloon  for a . On Tuesday, more motorcyclists could be on their way to Edgewater for a special fundraiser to benefit The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Hogs for Heroes' Maryland Chapter 5 group is presenting "Bike Night" at Stan and Joe's. During the fundraiser, raffles will be sold for two limited edition orange "chopper" motorcycles, whose winners will be announced in October. The event also benefits The Semper Fi Fund and features live music by DJ Tim O'Neal. Tickets are $20 each and only 5,000 raffles are available for purchase, so the Hogs for Heroes Foundation recommends you purchase them soon. Stan and Joe's is located at 173 Mitchells Chance Rd. in the South River Colony shopping center.
