IHOP Coming to Village at Lee Airpark

Locals hoping for a new breakfast option in Edgewater won't have to wait long.

Patch has confirmed IHOP is coming to town.

Throughout the various contests here on Patch, several residents have been calling for new breakfast options like Denny's or IHOP. Now, the pancake specialist is set to open a new location in the Village at Lee Airpark.

Currently, the infrastructure of the building is being completed as workers hope to finish in time for the tentative opening date of Aug. 3.

A source at Venture Construction, the developer behind the IHOP location, confirmed the breakfast chain was coming to town. Stay tuned to Patch as construction concludes.
