Inside Look at $1M Home on Edgewater Housing Market

It’s no surprise that Edgewater and Davidsonville have some of the most beautiful homes on the local housing market.

As part of our weekly feature on local homes for sale, here’s an inside look at one of the most recent million-dollar houses to hit the real estate market.

Located at 3725 Parke Dr. in Edgewater, this single-family home has a contemporary style overlooking the water on .10 acres of land. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and recently had its priced reduced to $1 million, according to AOL Real Estate.

Built in 1996, the house also has some of the "hippest" living and dining room designs that I’ve seen in a local home.
