Naked Man Fights Police in Edgewater
Police said Robert Salvatore Lamb of Annapolis faces multiple charges, including indecent exposure.

A naked man fought officers in Edgewater on Tuesday night after they tried to take him into protective custody, according to police.
Police charged Robert Salvatore Lamb, 47, of the unit block of Acorn Drive in Annapolis with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
Anne Arundel County police said officers responded to a call around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Silver Run near Shore Drive in the Woodland Beach community. The caller told police that a naked man was acting irrationally on his front porch, according to the release.

Police suspected that Lamb was under the influence of phencyclidine (PCP), according to the release. There was also an involving another man believed to be on PCP.
Officers reportedly tried to take Lamb into protective custody but he resisted. Police said after Lamb became very aggressive, officers used a stun gun to subdue him.

Police eventually restrained Lamb and he was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis. Officers arrested Lamb after the hospital discharged him.
