Carol—who preferred not to share her last name—is the owner of Peninsula Farms and said she's got fresh corn ready for the taking and that customers were already pouring in as of 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.  Last week,  on Maryland Route 214 temporarily closed while waiting for "local produce to grow in."
