Seahawks Recap: Field Hockey Tops Severna Park, Soccer Stumbles
The soccer teams and volleyball teams all suffered losses to Severna Park Tuesay.

The South River field hockey pulled off a win against county rivals the Severna Park Falcons Tuesday, after suffering a loss to the team earlier this year.
The boys and girls soccer team, and the volleyball team were not as lucky, all suffering losses to the Flacons this week.
Third ranked South River improved their 10-1 record Tuesday with a win over rival Severna Park. The Seahawks converted on a penalty stoke to defeat Severna Park 1-0, The Baltimore Sun reported. Severna Park already topped South River, the team that knocked them out in the region finals last year, once this season on Sept. 20, but failed to capture a second win.
The Seahawk volleyball team suffering a crushing loss to the the Falcons, who swept South River 25-19, 25-18, 25-15 in three straight games Tuesday night.
The Severna Park boys and girls soccer teams also put away victories over South River on Tuesday. Boys soccer won 2-0, while the lady Falcons captured a 1-0 victory on a goal from Sarah Gunn.
