Severna Park Spoils South River's Senior Night

A monstrous eight-run seventh inning made the game well out of reach for the Seahawks.

Severna Park's eight-run seventh inning spoiled South River baseball's senior night as the Seahawks fell, 13-5.

The Seahawks only posted seven hits throughout the game as opposed to Severna Park's 18 hits. South River put up four runs in the second inning to take a 4-3 lead and the game continued 5-5 throughout the first five innings.

However, in the top of the seventh, Severna Park scored eight runs off Bryan Shores to put the game well out of reach. 

Nick Sia and Jake Gratz both posted two-hit games, both earning two RBI.
