In honor of Memorial Day, Patch wants to thank all of the men and women of the U.S. armed forces for their dedication, courage and especially those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Musician First Class of the U.S. Navy, Adam Grimm, shared this video with Patch in honor of those who serve, both past and present.  "Our goal is to get people to remember why we have a Memorial Day," Grimm said. To all those who have served both home and abroad: Thank you!
