The new Howard County Miller Branch Library and Historical Society will open on Saturday, Dec. 17.
The celebration will begin at 9:45 a.m. with a ribbon cutting by County Executive Ken Ulman. Doors to the open to the public at 10 a.m.
The former site of the Miller Branch has been closed since Oct. 1, but will reopen as county offices.
