Update: CCBC Classes Canceled Following Water Main Break

Update: CCBC-Essex will reopen at 5 p.m. All evening classes will proceed as scheduled.

Day classes on Monday afternoon at Community College of Baltimore County-Essex were canceled due to a water main break, officials said.

CCBC faculty and staff were allowed to leave at 12:30 p.m. Evening classes at Essex have not yet been affected. In a statement, officials advised that the latest information on more closures will be posted on the college's website.
