Carnegie at Washingtonian Center Named 2025 Outstanding Organization
Awarded by the City of Gaithersburg
Gaithersburg, MD– The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center, a Kisco Signature Community, was recently named the 2025 Outstanding Organization by the City of Gaithersburg. Jennifer Murray, general manager of The Carnegie, proudly accepted the award at the annual State of the City held on April 10 at the Rosborough Cultural Arts and Wellness Center.
“We are honored to receive this recognition from the City of Gaithersburg. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team since opening our doors to members in September 2024,” said Murray. "We are proud to be a part of the vibrant Gaithersburg community and look forward to continuing our positive partnership with the City, local businesses, cultural organizations, and other community groups. Together, we can achieve great things and enrich the lives of our seniors."
Nominations for the prestigious 2025 Outstanding Organization award were solicited by Mayor Jud Ashman and city staff with City Manager Tanisha Briley and city council members selecting the award winners.
