Gaithersburg Athletes Earn Local Honors

Local athletes received recognition this week with the unveiling of some of The Gazette's 2012 All-Gazette teams.

Gaithersburg-area athletes were named to the boy's soccer, girl's soccer and cross country All-Gazette teams.

Boy's Soccer 2012 All-Gazette

• Jorge Quintanilla, Quince Orchard, junior, midfielder (2nd Team)
• Cristian Mejia, Quince Orchard, junior, goalkeeper (2nd Team)
• Jony Karahbetyan, Quince Orchard, junior, forward (Honorable Mention)

Girl's Soccer 2012 All-Gazette
