Gaithersburg Crime: Aggravated Assault, Peeping Tom and More
The following information was supplied by the Montgomery County Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Montgomery County Police released a crime summary for Sept. 17 through Sept. 25. The following incidents were reported in Gaithersburg:
- A commercial burglary occurred at Altimate Electric, located at 201 Edison Park Drive, between Monday, Sept. 17, at 3 p.m. and Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 5:45 a.m. Entry to the business was forced and property was taken.
- An aggravated assault occurred in the parking lot of the Exxon, located at 448 N. Frederick Avenue, on Thursday, Sept. 20, just before 8:30 p.m. The suspects assaulted the victim after a verbal dispute.
- A peeping tom incident occurred in the 15600 block of Marathon Circle on Saturday, Sept. 22, just after 11:30 p.m. The suspect was seen looking through the window.
- Several vehicle-related thefts occurred on separate evenings in both residential and commercial lots. Incidents occurred on Walkers Choice, Horizon Run and Russell Avenue with a GPS unit or cell phone charger stolen.
